The Need for cheap labor unions

Accidents can happen anywhere at any time to anyone. The employee may befall in accident in working and if it is serious accident than he is out of work for few days. So the creating problem is called recession problem. Through this problem you will not work in company you will be jobless. You have given them resignation letter for leaving. In many modern enterprises, working conditions and salary scales so that a strong union is not necessary. Most companies that want to remain competitive realize that they are competing with each company out there and if they want to remain competitive and recruit the best and brightest people they need to be competitive with respect to wages and benefits are affected.

The unions have today received too corrupt and have forgotten who they represent. They are starting to act more like a communist regime than a representative of the working man. Many times they only support someone who should by all rights no longer be employed. It takes forever to fire an employee who has caused much dissension and conflict in the workplace, while people in more value often neglected because by supporting them there is no advantage for the Union's agenda.
